Why I Built Five A's of AI

I run ExecuteCX, a consultancy focused on helping businesses implement AI solutions in customer experience. It's what I'm passionate about — bridging the gap between what AI can do and what organizations actually need it to do for their customers.

Before founding ExecuteCX, I spent over two decades at the intersection of technology and business strategy, including time as a Principal in Advisory at PwC, where I led cloud and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. My work there spanned GenAI strategy, AWS cloud solutions, and digital contact center modernization.

Throughout my career — from hands-on engineering building rapid prototypes and production systems, to advising C-suite leaders on digital strategy — I've seen a consistent pattern: executives know AI matters, but they don't know where to start.
